Yes, a marriage concluded in Denmark is automatically and fully recognised in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and all EU states. No separate recognition procedure, no second ceremony, no bureaucracy. But: three small formalities afterwards make the difference.
The legal basis
Recognition follows from international private law (in Germany: Art. 11, 13 EGBGB) and EU Regulation 1259/2010 (Rome III). A marriage validly concluded in Denmark applies directly, without German involvement. The Danish marriage certificate is full proof.

Register at the German registry office
Entry in the marriage register optional but recommended for a German marriage certificate extract. Cost: about € 60–100.
Inform authorities
Tax office (income-tax class), health insurance, pension insurance, employer. With the multilingual certificate everything is possible without formality.
