Full guidance through the AFL process: from document list to marriage certificate. Concretely: personal document list, manual review of every scan, application at Familieretshuset (the AFL fee of €281 is included in the fixed price, we transfer it 1:1), authority communication, slot coordination in your preferred municipality, WhatsApp contact Mon–Sun 8am–10pm. Apostille is NOT included, if your documents need an apostille, you book our Apostille Service add-on (€199.99) separately.

You pay the fixed price in full at booking: 100% by card via Stripe. No second instalment, no follow-up invoices. With the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal we refund the service portion. The AFL authority fee (€281) we forward 1:1 to Familieretshuset. If your application has already been submitted there, this portion can no longer be refunded by us (details in the right-of-withdrawal notice). Before booking, the free 60-second eligibility check ensures you only book if your case fits.

Essential (€249.99) is for couples who want to coordinate everything themselves: document list, step-by-step guide, WhatsApp support for three weeks. They submit the application themselves and pay government fees directly. With Complete (€649.99) we handle the entire AFL process: application, authority communication, slot coordination. Most couples choose Complete because the AFL process typically takes 15–25 hours of self-effort.

When your birth or marital status certificates are issued outside Denmark and need an apostille for AFL submission, this applies regardless of package (Essential or Complete). You book the add-on (€199.99) on top of your main package. We obtain the apostilles, coordinate certified translations and ship everything finished to you.

In the Complete fixed price: all our service items + the AFL authority fee (€281, goes 1:1 to Familieretshuset). NOT included: (1) Apostille and certified translation: either as an add-on with us (€199.99) or self-procured (€130–450 supplier costs); (2) Any ceremony fee at your municipality: the ceremony at the town hall is usually free of charge (as of 2025), a fee only applies for ceremonies outside the town hall and varies by municipality; (3) Your travel and hotel costs. You don't pay these external items to us. We name the exact amounts transparently in the 60-second check.

Yes, anytime: you simply pay the difference (€400). Important: apostille is not included in any package, if you need apostilles, you book the Apostille Service add-on (€199.99) separately on top of Essential or Complete.
