The basic list, applies to all couples
- Passport or ID card of both partners, valid at least 6 months past the wedding date.
- Birth certificate EU: international version (multilingual, EU Regulation 2016/1191). Third countries: with apostille and certified translation.
- Civil-status proof or extended registration certificate. Not older than 4 months.
- Online application at Familieretshuset filled in at familieretshuset.dk.
- Government fee € 281 with EU/EEA residence; € 259 per person with residence outside EU/EEA.
